LOCAL
WCC is making a real effort to bridge gaps locally by working together with effective outreach organizations in Washington and the surrounding area. We are also working to align ourselves with like-minded Christians in the Churches of Christ and with other denominations.

We are working together with Pastor Antonio Lipscomb to help him establish a Christ-centered vocational training center
in inner-city Peoria for young people ages 16-26. Ed is on the board for this organization.

We have been fellowshipping with this acapella church from inner-city Peoria, including a joint Easter evening service. What a blessing this has been!

INTERFELLOWSHIP RECONCILIATION
We participate regularly in events designed to bring us together with our acapella brethren, including a monthly pastor's lunch, a joint leadership dinner and several ladies' gatherings.
